For general enquiries and non urgent orders, office hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, however we are available 24/7 for urgent leech orders only; after hours, weekend and public holidays callout charges will apply. Urgent leech orders can be dispatched for same day delivery seven days per week.

For all leech orders, please email the following details; Name, business name, delivery address, phone number and number required.

Minimum order of 10 leeches applies to all orders. We do not ship to overseas addresses.

Leeches have been used in medicine for thousands of years and are still in use today.
Leech therapy is called Hirudotherapy in Europe.
In New Zealand our leeches are the species Richardsonianus mauianus.
